Shipping policy
We are so excited for you to receive your order! Each order is carefully prepared with love, and we appreciate your patience while we work to get your items to you.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
In-stock items (ready-to-ship) typically ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
Preorder items are made specifically for you and will ship according to the estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase. Preorder timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, quality control, or unforeseen manufacturing delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may ship together together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Notifications
Once your order has shipped. you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
Magic On Main is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Magic On Main is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us as soon as possible with photos so we can assist however we can.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive your package.
Preorder Shipping
Preorder items are produced in limited quantities and are not stocked until production is complete. Estimated ship dates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Occasionally, production dealys may occur due to factors outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we work to deliver the highest quality products.
International Shipping (Where Applicable)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or additional charges imposed by their country. Magic On Main is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
