Embroidered items will embroidered as shown in the listing photo unless given the option to "personalize" before adding to your cart. The personalization is only for thread color and not to add/remove/alter the image. If you would like to change the thread color of a non-personalized item, please message us prior to purchasing to ensure we can accommodate the change.

All of our embroidery designs are designed and embroidered in-house using a top-of-the-line 15 needle embroidery machine. Most embroidery prints will embroider 10 inches wide on the garment which will look larger on smaller sizes and smaller on larger sizes, which will vary from the mockup photo of this listing. If you have questions about the size or position of the embroidered area of your garment, please message us prior to purchasing.

Adult crewnecks alternate in brand. Each brand will be listed next to the color selection. Alternate brand options are available upon request. To maintain our fastest turnaround processing times, our garments may be substituted with an alternate brand if the supplier is experiencing inventory shortages. If you have questions regarding which brand of sweatshirt will be used for your order, please message us prior to purchasing to confirm inventory levels.

• Gildan sweatshirts are a 50/50 blend (50% cotton & 50% polyester)
• Comfort Colors sweatshirts are a 80/20 blend (80% cotton & 20% polyester)
• Independent Trading Co sweatshirts are a 80/20 blend (80% cotton & 20% polyester)
• American Apparel Co sweatshirts are a 70/30 blend (70% cotton & 30% polyester)

IMPORTANT CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
All embroidered garments should be washed with a mild detergent. Do not use chlorine bleach or optical brightening agents. If bleach is required, use non-chlorine bleach in accordance with product instructions. Machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Remove garment promptly after wash cycle completion. Do not leave any piece of embroidered clothing soaking in water or laying in a pile when wet. Do not rub stained embroidery. Do not wring out embroidered garments. Dry on normal setting.

If the embroidery "scrunches" after a wash cycle, turn it inside out, lay flay, using a pressing cloth (think cotton towel, pillowcase, or muslin) press gently with your iron on low heat to smooth out the embroidered area. Do not slide the iron aggressively over the embroidery.
